The testosterone is an important hormone for the general health of the man

Testosterone is a hormone produced 80-90% from the testis and 10-20% from the adrenal glands. It is an important substance forthe  man because it is not only fundamental for a healthy sexual and reproductive life, but also for his general health because it important for the brain, heart, muscles and bones. So if on an occasion of a blood sample are found values below normal it is good to contact an andrologist to evaluate the investigations to be done, because we can have a disease called Hypogonadism
