My penis in erection has an abnormal curvature: what does it mean?

There are congenital and acquired causes of abnormal penile curvatures

The erect penis is never 100% right. However, when there are curvature erections > 25-30 degrees we can find ourselves facing pathologies. If these curvatures are present from the first erections, at a young age, usually we are faced with a Congenital Penile Curvature due to an asymmetric development of the corpora cavernosa on a congenital basis. If the curvature occurs in adulthood it may be the consequence of an disease called Induratio Penis Plastica or La Peyronie's disease linked to an acute and then chronic inflammatory process that can affect the albuginea of the corpus cavernosum, that fibrous structure inside of the penis that contains the erective tissue.
